About
Omotayo Okere is a Senior Associate in Blackfriars. She is actively involved in the Intellectual Property law practice, especially, filing and prosecution of trademarks, oppositions, related litigation. Omotayo is experienced in Corporate and Commercial Law Practice.
She provides legal advisory services to financial institutions, and corporate organisations on a broad range of commercial issues that cut across Company Formation, Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Finance, Debt Recovery and Foreign Direct Investments.
She is versed in NAFDAC regulations and registration of products both locally made and imported products. She liaises with the Lands Registry for perfection, regularisation, consent and perfection of real estate documentation. She is hardworking, result-oriented, and resourceful.
